Parco delle Terme
The Parco delle Terme is the natural extension of the Terme di Castrocaro. Built alongside the spa complex in the early 1900s, it was designed to complete the relaxation and wellness experience that begins inside the spa. It is an 8-hectare park with wide, shaded avenues, benches and ornamental flowerbeds; many of the trees are labelled with information about the species, forming an educational trail.
Good to know
- The park has bocce courts, a children's play area, mini golf and other recreational facilities. In summer (from May to September) a paid swimming pool is open.
- The park has some very interesting trees, including Himalayan cedars with trunks up to 120 cm in diameter and large lime trees with trunks 90 cm in diameter.
