The data controller is Info Alberghi Italia S.r.l., which operates the Romagna.net site and can be contacted at info@romagna.net.

What we collect

The site has no forms, no private areas and asks for no registration: there is nothing you hand over by browsing it. One collection remains.

  • Server logs. The hosting provider records, as every web server does, the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the browser type and the outcome. They keep the site running and protect it from abuse.

There is no measurement or tracking tool of any kind: the site loads no third-party scripts and writes no cookies. The detail is in the Cookie Policy.

If you write to us at info@romagna.net we process your address and the content of your message in order to reply, and nothing else.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • Running the site and keeping it secure: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Replying to your emails: responding to your own request (art. 6.1.b).

Who it is shared with

With the hosting provider only, which processes the data on our behalf. The site loads no fonts, maps, video or measurement tools from third-party servers: the fonts are hosted here and the maps are links to OpenStreetMap, which open only if you open them. We sell data to nobody and we do no advertising profiling.

For how long

Your rights
