Sapore di Sale is Cervia's September event dedicated to its most prized product: salt. A great celebration to remember and to taste Cervia's traditional flavours, reinterpreted by chefs from around the world.

Sapore di Sale is the September event that Cervia dedicates to its most prized product: salt. One of the most heartfelt moments of the event is the “Armesa de sel”, a reenactment of the moment when salt was traditionally carried to the warehouses for storage (traditionally in September). Today, Sapore di Sale is a great celebration to remember and to taste Cervia's traditional flavours, reinterpreted by chefs from around the world.
