Gemmano

Gemmano lies at the highest point of the Valconca, an ideal destination for anyone who loves quiet and walking. The area is marked by a complex of natural caves, the Onferno caves, inside the nature reserve of the same name. Green dominates: a little over 30 km away is the Sasso Simone e Simoncello regional park, another site of national importance for nature. In the fifteenth century Gemmano belonged to the Malatesta, lords of Rimini, and signs of their rule can still be found in the village.

Accessibility statement

Romagna.net should be usable by anyone, with any tool: keyboard, screen reader, magnification, phone. This page says where we actually stand, without rounding up.

Conformance status

The site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Conformance is partial: the checks made so far cover the code and the colours, and they do not replace testing with people who rely on assistive technology. Known limits are listed below.

How this statement was prepared

Self-assessment by the people who build the site, last updated on 1 September 2026. This is not the statement that the Italian AgID guidelines require of public bodies, which Romagna.net is not: it is a commitment we make anyway.
