Montegridolfo

Montegridolfo stands on the ridge that divides the Foglia valley, in the Marche, from the Conca valley, in Romagna. That is probably why, between the thirteenth and the fifteenth century, the Malatesta lords used Montegridolfo to protect their holdings from attacks by the duchy of Urbino.
The village is in fact a fortified hill village, walled all round, with a fifteenth-century watchtower and gateway. The surrounding country is full of olive groves, and several nature trails cross here, including the "Strada delle Colline di Romagna", with rest areas and signposted paths.

Accessibility statement

Romagna.net should be usable by anyone, with any tool: keyboard, screen reader, magnification, phone. This page says where we actually stand, without rounding up.

Conformance status

The site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Conformance is partial: the checks made so far cover the code and the colours, and they do not replace testing with people who rely on assistive technology. Known limits are listed below.

How this statement was prepared

Self-assessment by the people who build the site, last updated on 1 September 2026. This is not the statement that the Italian AgID guidelines require of public bodies, which Romagna.net is not: it is a commitment we make anyway.
