Novafeltria

Novafeltria lies at the heart of the Valmarecchia, formerly Montefeltro, in a strategic position on level ground between Emilia-Romagna, the Marche and Tuscany. The town council is young, dating from 1907, and the town has a refined art nouveau look, visible in buildings such as the Teatro Sociale, the town hall and the Caffè Grand’Italia.
The stretch along the river Marecchia is well worth seeing, with its old mills still standing; around Novafeltria grain was milled and electricity generated for the whole valley. Mining also mattered here, and is well documented today by the Museo Sulphur.

Accessibility statement

Romagna.net should be usable by anyone, with any tool: keyboard, screen reader, magnification, phone. This page says where we actually stand, without rounding up.

Conformance status

The site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Conformance is partial: the checks made so far cover the code and the colours, and they do not replace testing with people who rely on assistive technology. Known limits are listed below.

Reporting a problem

If a page will not let you do what you came for, write to info@romagna.net. Tell us the address of the page, what you were doing and which tool you use: a few lines are enough to show us where to look.

How this statement was prepared

Self-assessment by the people who build the site, last updated on 1 September 2026. This is not the statement that the Italian AgID guidelines require of public bodies, which Romagna.net is not: it is a commitment we make anyway.
