Fontana Vecchia

Built around 1500, it stands within the town walls near the Porta Fiorentina, and is known to locals as the fontana dei tre sbuffi (fountain of the three spouts).

The Fontana Vecchia is the oldest public fountain in Brisighella, once fed by the sparkling water of the nearby Vena del Gesso. Built around 1500, it stands within the town walls, near the Porta Fiorentina, and is known to locals as the fontana dei tre sbuffi. Today the Fontana Vecchia is no longer in use, but it remains one of the most cherished monuments, often mentioned in the town's popular theatre and literature.

Accessibility statement

Romagna.net should be usable by anyone, with any tool: keyboard, screen reader, magnification, phone. This page says where we actually stand, without rounding up.

Conformance status

The site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Conformance is partial: the checks made so far cover the code and the colours, and they do not replace testing with people who rely on assistive technology. Known limits are listed below.

How this statement was prepared

Self-assessment by the people who build the site, last updated on 1 September 2026. This is not the statement that the Italian AgID guidelines require of public bodies, which Romagna.net is not: it is a commitment we make anyway.
