Italia in Miniatura

Featured in holiday films of the 1980s and loved by tourists (especially foreign visitors), Italia in Miniatura has become a symbol of the light-hearted fun to be had in Rimini and along the Romagna coast. The park, opened in 1970, is home to reconstructions of 270 Italian monuments: the churches, squares and most characteristic views of the country. A gondola ride along the canals of a miniature Venice, a visit to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Milan Cathedral or the Colosseum; hop on the little train and cross Italy in a few minutes, from the fire of Etna to the snow and ice of Mont Blanc.
