Museo della Linea Gotica Orientale
The Museo della Linea Gotica Orientale is housed inside the Romanesque Pieve of Trarivi, a hamlet in the municipality of Montescudo Monte Colombo. Crossed by the eastern Gothic Line, Montescudo chose the Chiesa della Pace (the name of this Pieve) as the ideal place to house documents, letters and weapons from the period. The museum lies amid the Valconca countryside, surrounded by the area's typical olive groves.
Good to know
- History enthusiasts should also note that Montegridolfo is home to the Museo della Linea dei Goti.
